In the North-East of England there are several very good and reputable training organisations that will deliver well planned and executed training in Food Safety and/or Health & Safety Training that is accredited throught the Chartered Institute of Envirnonmental Health (CIEH).
One such organisation is called Monarch 4 Training Services (M4) who are located in Northumberland offer training in food safety level 1 - 4 and Health & safety to these levels too!
An interesting point to consider when searching for an organisation to deliver training is wether they can offer a flexible approach to training according to the needs of an organisation. M4 will teach the courses you need or they can be completed by distance learning which is supported by an online tutor to guide candidates to their learning goal! Not many..if any local training comapines offer this service which saves time and money for individuals and organisations where there are many candidates in a workforce that need training.
